hierarchy along with salary structure and policies on
benefits and reimbursements. We replicate your records on
our database and make necessary changes in our proprietary
software to adapt to your needs. After reconciliation of the
records on our system with the organisation data, we are
ready to process your payroll.
Data required for processing salaries like, leave data,
loans and other deductions, reimbursements and benefit
transactions, etc are collected and used for processing the
payroll. Depending on the nature of outsourcing then, the
pay-slips /stubs along with cheques from the bank are
dispatched by courier to the employees and the necessary
reports such as the salary register, reconciliation,
statutory reports, etc. are sent to the organisation.
